Showered With Love! (Part 4)

The fourth baby shower for Baby Poff was given by my third grade team teachers at Taylor County Elementary.  I work with a wonderful group of ladies and they were so sweet to do so much for me and my baby!  We dismiss at 1:00 every Friday, so the shower was held after school during our ERF (early release Friday) time.  My team decorated one of the third grade classrooms during our planning time that day so my students were pretty wound up with excitement when they figured out what was going to happen after school!  I let them stop by the room to see how it was decorated...don't worry, I didn't peek!  After the students were all dismissed, and we sat through a short meeting, we headed upstairs for the party!  Our staff is so large that it would have been impossible for everyone to fit in there at one time, so many of them stopped by briefly to share their congratulations and pick up a piece of cake.  Several other teachers stayed to watch me open presents.  Once again, Baby Poff was completely spoiled!  There are so many mommies at my school, and I love that so many of them gave me some of their favorite baby items!  Registering as a inexperienced mom can be difficult, so it was nice to see what some of the other mommies recommend.

It's always nice to spend time with the people I work with in a more relaxed atmosphere!  The afternoon was very laid back, which made it even more enjoyable!  I think it's safe to say that this little boy will get plenty of attention when I bring him to visit his mommy's work!  Here are some of the pictures that I snapped to remember the day!
