Weight gain: +3, Total weight gain, +30.
How I'm feeling: I still feel good! However, each day I start to feel a little more uncomfortable! My feet have gotten to the point where it is next to impossible to get the swelling to go down completely! I guess I will just have to live with fat feet for a few weeks! I'm pretty comfortable during the day when I'm standing, but that causes my feet to swell. It's pretty much a no win situation! I'm still walking 2-3 miles a day and I'm really enjoying that! It helps me to have a second burst of energy in the evenings, and it gives me a chance to just relax and clear my mind at the end of each day. Even though I'm not walking nearly as fast as I have been, I'm still proud of myself for being this far a long and able to do all of the things that I enjoy doing! This week I have two funny things to tell about my students! I was trying to change my clock after the time change on Sunday and one of my students said, "Um Mrs. Poff, are you supposed to be standing on that chair?" Busted!!!! Then another one of my students told her reading teacher that my belly is so big that it hits them in the head when I try to walk in between their desks! I love that they want to take care of me and that they have gotten used to my big belly being in everyone's way! I am going to really miss them while I'm gone!
We had our weekly doctor's appointment on Thursday. We saw the other doctor in the practice this time. He said he thinks that he is going to be a big baby! He said he thinks he's already around 8 pounds! Now I'm even more anxious to see how he measures in next week's ultrasound. After that ultrasound we will discuss our delivery options. The doctor also doesn't think he's going to be arriving anytime soon! He said he thinks he'll be here right around 40 weeks. Baby Poff still hasn't dropped at all. Adam was actually able to feel his head today! So, I guess I will have at least one more week with my kiddos!
