This week: The baby is nine and a half inches long and weighs two pounds! By now, the baby's eyes are beginning to open. His brain-wave activity is starting to kick in as well, which means that he can not only hear noises but can now also respond to them!
Weight gain: +1, Total weight gain, +13.
How I'm feeling: I still feel great! However, Thursday was a bit rough for me! We invited all of our parents to school to make gingerbread houses with their kids. This is something that I have done many times before, just never when I was 6 months pregnant! By the end of the day I was really feeling the side effects of accomplishing such a feat while being pregnant! The kids and their parents had a really good time, so it was worth the extreme exhaustion at the end of the day!
